TO OPEN A DRUG STORE MANAGEMENT COURSE


The management has decided specific few criteria to open new Study Center across the Country. Without fulfilling which no one will have the right, privilege, freedom, opportunity, entitlement to run such and similar course at any point of the country, nor the management in charge will provide affiliation, allowance, consent to start such institution.


REQUISITES :


1. The Study Centre must contain One Office Room (80 Sq Feet Minimum), One Laboratory (Minimum 130 Sq Feet) and One Class Room (Minimum 15 Sq Feet per candidate and a minimum of 500 Sq Feet) and a commonly used lavatory.

2. One Course Coordinator with Knowledge of Pure Science and Computer alongwith two Assistants are preferable. Doctor, Chemists, Pharmacists, or prudence from Management will be given preference in this context.

3. There will be a team to coordinate such course who shall be members of Pharmaceutical Traders’ Welfare Association of Bengal (P.T.A.B) in West Bengal and the said interested commended and suggested by one of the State Committee Member of the said Association. Outside West Bengal the concerned Association shall have the affiliation of All India Chemists & Distributors Federation (A.I.C.D.F.), Chennai or its affiliated State Executive Committee or Governing Body.

4. The Course prepared, recommended and suggested by Academy of Pharmacy Management & Guidance will be taught to the students or candidates. Any alteration, amendment without the approval of the Prime Management team of A.P.M.G. will be regarded as violation and immediate cancellation of the affiliation or permission shall be prosecuted.

5. The financial transactions will be made only through the head office of Academy of Pharmacy Management & Guidance (A.P.M.G). These Study Centers will be provided “Petty cash” as the same will be required accordingly. The Study Center will deposit and remit all collections at the Head Office or directly at the operating Bank Account with the help of Core Banking System of the Association.

6. There must be at least 6 (Six) regular faculty members and 4 (Four) casual faculty members in every Study Centre, who shall be approved by the Prime Management Committee of Academy of Pharmacy Management & Guidance (A.P.M.G.).

7. The Faculty Members shall consist person related to a) B-Sc/M-Sc, b) B-Pharma/M-Pharma, c) Business Management, d) English Literature, e) Law & Jurisprudence, f) Computer Management, g) Bank or Financial Sector.

8. One Office Clerk with one bearer is mandatory for each and every Study Center.

9. One Sign Board is mandatory at the venue to resume the operation of a Study Center under the prime control of the head office of A.P.M.G. coordinating by the Branch or district office of Pharmaceutical Traders’ Welfare Association of Bengal (P.T.A.B.).

10. The function and operation of the Study Center will be acknowledged and admitted only after the inspection of the Prime Management Team of Academy of Pharmacy Management & Guidance (A.P.M.G.).
